Meet the Sales Team Behind TOKU America

Over the past two weeks on LinkedIn, we spotlighted the five salesmen who represent TOKU America across the U.S. and Canada. Together, they bring decades of experience in hydraulic breakers, attachments, service, and dealer support. Here’s a closer look at the people behind the Striker breakers.

Phil Eassa — Regional Manager

Phil recently joined TOKU America, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience — 10 of them in construction equipment. Known for his strong attachments expertise, Phil has helped launch new product lines in North America and has a reputation for being a trusted resource for dealers.

Outside of work, Phil is an avid outdoorsman, angler, and family man. A Detroit sports fan through and through, he lives by the motto: “Work hard, play hard, and love your family.”



Doug Rosenthal — Regional Manager

With nearly 15 years in the construction industry, Doug has become a familiar face at dealer meetings and rental conferences across the western U.S. and Canada. He’s led training sessions at events like the Canada ARA Webinar, Northwest Rental Conference, and even in Lahaina, Hawaii, supporting cleanup efforts after the devastating Maui wildfires.

Doug is passionate about travel and loves exploring new places — a passion he brings into his professional life as well.



Ben Lenczner — Regional Manager

Another new face at TOKU, Ben has more than 20 years of experience in attachments and equipment sales. He’s stepping into the role previously held by longtime salesman Willie, who retired after a successful career with TOKU.

Ben is deeply experienced in sizing attachments correctly for machines, ensuring dealers can provide the right tool for the right job. Off the clock, he’s all about family — with his wife Lisa, an elementary school teacher, and their two daughters. He’s also an avid golfer and proud dad of a varsity golfer/dancer.



Russell Walton — Senior Regional Manager

Territory: ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, FL, Eastern Canada

With nearly 40 years in the industry, Russell is one of the most experienced professionals in hydraulic breakers and boom systems. His career spans leadership at Teledyne and Breaker Technology, VP Sales at TOKU America (where he doubled annual sales), and decades of dealer training, technical support, and product expertise.

Russell specializes in boom system design and continues to be a trusted advisor to dealers across his wide territory. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, recreational sports, and travel with family and friends.



Dylan Breslin — Regional Manager

A former Nuclear Mechanic in the U.S. Navy, Dylan brings technical precision and leadership to every role. Since joining TOKU in 2021, he’s advanced from National Service & Warranty Manager to sales in the Southeast, and now leads the South-Central region from Dallas, TX.

Dylan is known for his ability to rebuild breakers, set up carrier units, and troubleshoot across brands — expertise that dealers and contractors count on. One career highlight: supporting a dealer order of over 200 hammers in Texas.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys serving with the Civil Air Patrol, hunting, traveling (48 states, 14 countries, and 5 continents so far), and spending time with his four kids.
